The new member of Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University were elected by 119 delegates by secret ballot on the afternoon of March 15th. Wang Bangyong，Feng Xiuwen，Zhu Ruiting，Jiang Yanqiao，Song Yanhua，Zhang ning，Zhang wei，Chen wei，Zhou Yingfen，Xia Yu and Ge Hongbo were elected as the members of the Third Party Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.Ma Yuying，Zhang Lei，Shi Hongxia，Xia Yu，Xu Haogang，Liang Yuquan and Huang Xiaoxing were elected as the members of the Third Disciplinary Commission.
After the closing session of the Third Party Congress of Shanghai Jian Qiao University，the First session of the Third Commission of Discipline Inspection elected Xia Yu as the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission.The first meeting of the Third Party Committtee elected Jiang Yanqiao as the secretary of the Party Committee，Zhu ruiting and Xia Yu as the deputy secretaries of the Party Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
The election of both the Discipline Inspection Commission and the Party Committee was an important mission in the preparatory work for the Third Party Committee and discipline Inspection Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.With the approval of the higher Party organization，the new school Party Committee consisted 11 members，and the new Discipline Inspection Commission consisted 7members.
According to the principle of rationalizing the overall structure and the needs of the work，the Party Committee promulgated and issued the notice about the member-electing of both the Discipline Inspection Commission and the Party Committee.Strict with the “Three round election”，the principle of democratic centralism and the 20% proportion of the member of candidates，13 candidates of the Party Committee members and 8 candidates for the Discipline Inspection Commission had been selected.The Party Committee reported the materials to the higher Party organization by inspecting the preliminary candidates，and extensively listening to the cadres and other party members.13 candidates of the Party Committee and 8 candidates of the Discipline Inspection Commission were selected by the higher Party organization.
The 11 newly elected party committee members，with an average age of 46，are the youngest party committee members since the founding of the school.All of them have graduate degrees and 9 of them have sub-high titles or higher positional titles.The 7 newly elected disciplinary commission members，with an average age of 40，are 85% with a graduate degree or higher positional titles.
Wang Bangyong，Feng Xiuwen，Zhu Ruiting，Jiang Yanqiao，Song Yanhua，Zhang ning，Zhang wei，Chen wei，Zhou Yingfen，Xia Yu and Ge Hongbo were elected as the members of the Third Party Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
Ma Yuying，Zhang Lei，Shi Hongxia，Xia Yu，Xu Haogang，Liang Yuquan and Huang Xiaoxing were elected as the members of the Third Disciplinary Commission.
